The Village Tamerici is situated in Lignano Sabbiadoro in an area of 5.900 sqm at the corner of Via Mezzasacca and Via Centrale in front of the sports facilities of the Ge.Tur. Village.

The intervention, which is still under construction, expects the realization of a tourist village which is completely fenced assembled with three terraced buildings with 28 units. The typology of the units are three-room-apartments developed on two levels with two bathroom. All that is accompanied by a large common central area with a swimming pool and sun bathing area with sun bed and umbrellas, children's play area, small paths and car access with electrical fences.

The internal distribution of the villas has been design to give the priority to wide and bright living areas with sliding doors, bathrooms with windows, shower and connection for the washing machine, storeroom, patio with the fireplace and enclosed a private fenced garden, two bedrooms each with a large terrace, parking space under the pergola or garage.

The characteristic of the village is the presence of a large constant porches and terraces which create a real enjoyable feeling in the open space during the beautiful summer season. The large sliding windows allow a significant diffusion of natural light, which makes even a more magical atmosphere.

In every house will be a heating plant combined with a cooling group fuelled by natural gas, satellite TV plant, video intercom, safe box which is integrated in the wall, hairdryer, armored entrance door, automatic irrigation and lighting in the garden.

Under construction it is also possible to personalize the pre-distribution of the internal and external spaces.
